From September 2014 there are changes to education law in England for children and young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)

Oldham Council has produced this fact sheet (with the co-operation of NDCS) to try and answer some of the questions you might have. It is a broad summary of the main changes as stated in the Special Educational Needs and Disability Code of Practice:0-25 years.
